Herbal medicinal galingale rice is fresh, sweet and white. Very good if you often drink it, not too hard to manufacture a very affordable price.
Material:
- Rice, 2.5 ounces
- Kencur; 2.5 ounces
- Turmeric, 2 oz
- Cinnamon, 1 ounce
- Java acid; 5 ounces
- Palm sugar, 1.5 kg
- Cooking water; 10 liters
- Salt to taste

How to make herbal rice kencur
- Wash and soak rice to clean the pan.
- Kencur and peeled turmeric
- Rice, kencur and turmeric added until finely ground cinnamon
- After a soft boiled water plus acid, java, palm sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Then stir until smooth, then filtered using a fine sringan.
- The filter is packed and ready to serve.
